Last week, Dr Milto Miltiadou attended the Researcher’s Night in Limassol, Cyprus, as a member of the Eratosthenes Laboratory of Remote Sensing and Geo-Environment, Cyprus University of Technology. She got the chance to disseminate to the public sector the aims and importance of the “FOREST” project, as well as Remote Sensing in general. Additionally, she got involved with the children’s workshop, where children created paper satellites holding cameras, helping understand the relation between satellites and sensors. Many people showed interest.
